Origin Countdown

Its less than a month until ORIGIN (22-28th Sept)... I am pretty excited, Origin is a Contemporary Craft Fair with a difference - the difference being that the designers + craftspeople who are exhibiting (200!!) are the best of the best in the industry !

This is the one craft event of the year that is a MUST SEE !

Liberty are doing the display windows this year too + Lux Craft are also exhibiting within the show !

Logs have never looked so good

Loyal Loot always surprise me - this time with their dashing log bowls, made from log cut offs, acrylic paint + a gloss finish. I especially like their colour palette + product photographs !

Citrus Punch

Stumbled Upon these citrus vessels by Victoria Delany who will be exhibiting @ Origin this year. Her blog is packed full + is worth a look. Cant wait to see her new designs for the Design Festival season, I think it is going to follow this theme - fingers crossed !

Glinting Gold

In the glinting sunshine I am loving a bit of bling...now I am a silver person @ heart, but cant help admiring Jo Hayes Wards pieces, they are all rapid protoyped + polished up by hand. Definatley remind me of computer pixels, or the rocks of Cornwall !
