Spinning

In my spare time (when I have some) I love spinning.

Theres just something I like about the loud pumping music, harsh coach + sweating in the dark.

Today I have been spinning, it was hard, I sweated + it was brilliant !

Freud Gone

I was so sad to hear the news that the artist Lucian Freud died today...I have always admired his work + loved the realism and honesty he brought to his work. I reckon he was one of the best figurative artists of this generation. At the very least we still have his artwork left to enjoy.
